Delivery Services
We believe in providing our customers comprehensive one-stop services that not only include the recycling processing, but also door-to-door delivery services. We can collect the plastic wastes from customers’ premises a daily basis or otherwise as required by our customers. After processing, we also deliver the final products to our customers.

Size Reduction
We have a variety of Shredding and Crushing machines (from 30 hp to 100 hp) to handle all shapes and sizes of plastic wastes. Examples of these wastes are the bulky items such as 600 litre waste bin, large industrial pipes, road block barriers as well as large, hard and heavy materials such as drools and lumps. Depending on customers’ requirements, we usually reduce the size of the plastic wastes to about 12mm or 10mm.

Blending
Our Blending facilities include the following:
- 2 units of Ribbon blender with a capacity of 10 tonnes
- 2 units of Vertical Mixer with a capacity of 3 tonnes
- 2 units of Tumbler with a capacity of 0.5 tonnes

Rather than investing and maintaining in your own blending machines which would be costly and only used occasionally, we offer affordable solution to help you in blending materials.

Extrusion / Compounding
We have 4 extrusion lines with a total capacity of 1000 tonnes per month. We also have the know-how in processing polyefins and engineering resins. Our R&D Department carries out product developments with our customers and manufacturers tailor-made resins according to their specifications.

Every batch of our products will go through comprehensive tests to ensure quality control as well as to give our customers the quality assurance. The products come with a material specification to ensure that its quality meet our customers’ requirements. Our laboratory equipment includes:
