The Automated Plastic Sorting System is designed to sort plastic materials and colours from a single waste stream into three different outputs using Near Infrared technology. At a high sorting speed of 2.5m/s and accuracy of over 95%, the NIRSort™ overcomes the problems of conventional manual sorting which are labour intensive, slow, inaccurate and inconsistent. Depending on customers’ requirement, the system can process up to 2,000kg/hr to 4,000kg/hr.

Our Scope of Service
The design of each sorting plant is unique. We work closely with our customers to study the types, forms and sizes of the incoming waste stream that the sorting plant is designed to handle. We also need to understand the customers’ requirements and the plant configuration in order to build an appropriate sorting plant.
Having gathered all this information, Eveready will undertake the entire construction of the sorting plant. Basically, we provide engineering, procurement and construction services to build the sorting plant from planning, designing, sourcing, programming, fabrication, modification, test run, system commissioning, documentation.
